Gregory Karis, CFP®
Coming from a family of entrepreneurs, I knew at a young age that I wanted to go into business. Having an ability to organize, spot patterns from a high level and a desire to constantly challenge myself, working with other business owners has been a natural fit.
Starting in wealth management with our sister firm Inflection Advisors, I have identified the need for many businesses to setup the proper foundation. This led to us building out Inflection Management to fill the gap between basic bookkeeping and high end, very expensive business managers.
I find joy in seeing the improvement in the lives of others and I find that I work best with engaged individuals that have a desire to improve their lives as well.

Annette Karis brings a thoughtful mix of operational strength and client-focused coordination to Inflection Management. With a background supporting finance and business-service teams, she’s skilled at streamlining workflows, improving communication, and making sure business-owner clients get organized, proactive support. Her experience working closely with bookkeeping, tax, and administrative functions allows her to act as an extension of each client’s back office—helping owners stay focused on growth while she handles the moving parts.
Annette is family-oriented and loves spending time with Greg and their three kids—Kennedy, Kyler, and Kira—keeping up with an active lifestyle and traveling together whenever possible. She brings that same loyalty, warmth, and steadiness into her work, prioritizing relationships and creating a dependable, high-touch experience for the families and businesses we serve.
