Business Mgmt - Level 1
As your business grows, your ability to manage all the functions of it gets harder and harder. Our Level 1 Management is here to hand off many of the financial, administrative and operational tasks. There are many foundational services we offer, but understand one size does not fit all. This service is for an owner that is ready to implement processes that will take their business higher.
Business Mgmt - Level 2
Level 2 service is similar to our Level 1, but it may be more involved requiring far more time on a weekly and monthly basis. Think of us as an outsourced CFO. We manage wider functions and may also assist in building a team with you.
At this level of service, we can work with your existing CPA or we may work with our partners to complete annual tax filings on your behalf.
This is a way to maximize your talents in areas you care about most.
